• We endeavour to dispatch within two working days of an order being received, or notification will be made to the customer indicating any delay.

• Where orders are requested for delivery “next working day” and they are received by 11 a.m. then we will dispatch that day provided that we have sufficient stock. Again, notification will be made to the customer if dispatch is not possible. Best endeavours will be made for such orders that are received later in the day.
